The only difference is the location, Villa Alcor 2 and 3 are side by side front line therefore Good course views! Villa Blenda is at the top of the resort and 2nd line therefore no golf views but very secluded. All the villas are furnished the same.

The pools are solely for your use but you can use the communal pools dotted around the resort.

We have one pool that is heated which is Villa Alcor 3!

Yes to get the must out of the resort and area you definitely need a car!

There is a supermarket on the resort next to the clubhouse which also have a restaurant and bar!

Yes in Murcia there is a hospital and in the next village called Sucina there is a "Farmacia (chemist) and Doctor's (Salud), Google maps would give you directions.

Yes in all the villas and the apartment there is air con throughout and heating for winter months!

Usually from October to April we accept long term rentals.

From Villa Alcor 2 and 3 the onsite restaurant/bar/shop is 15 minutes walk away, a couple of minutes by car. From the apartment about 5 minutes walk away.

The nearest beach is Los Alcatraz which around 25 minutes away by car!

Around 20 minutes drive!

Around 10 minutes drive away going towards Murcia you will find a big Mercadona and a smaller Aldi behind it!

Yes there is a huge one in Murcia called Nuevo Condominium. 25 MINS BY CAR Also La Zenia Boulevard in La Zenia! 30 MINS BY CAR And a smaller one in San Javier called "Dos Mares" 20 MINS BY CAR
