Our front-line villa is located opposite the 13th Green with stunning views of the Golf course and Mountains and only 20 minutes from Murcia city centre with la Manga and Cartagena being 20 minutes away also! The nearest beach is also roughly 20 minutes away and you really need a car to enjoy the area and the resort! The nearest airport is Murcia International airport 10 minutes away!

The Villa is home from home living with Air/Con and Central heating throughout each property. We also have a heated pool perfect for the winter/spring months. There is a surcharge for the use of the heated pool just ask!
Our Villa has free WiFi and the latest SKY TV System which includes the latest films and all the Sky Sports channels as well as many other entertainment programmes which also includes 14 day catchup, Children’s channels and video club!
If you’re having a golfing break or a family holiday or both this villa has everything for a great stay! To cool you down there’s your very own pool, but If the sun gets too hot for you there’s a covered outdoor room with comfortable furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ.
The front-line villa is a 10 min walk or a 2 min drive from the clubhouse and resort supermarket. There is a big supermarket called Mercadona and McDonalds 10 minutes’ drive away!
For your safety the resort is gated and has 24hr security.
As you arrive at the villa you will find parking outside on the road or space for 2 cars on the driveway! As you walk up to enter the villa there is a small step and then as you enter the villa which is via double front doors there is yet again a small step into the villa which is perfect if you have issues with mobility! You enter you will find the control panel for the aircon to your right and heating to the left, you arrive straight into the Living room/Dining room, which has a dining table with 6 chairs and L shaped leather sofa with 2 chairs with the TV and DVD player. There are 3 sets of double French doors which look out to the pool area! There is a wooden vaulted ceiling which gives a light airy feel to the room!
The villa has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom with a king size bed also having 2 sets of double French doors onto the pool area and wooden vaulted ceiling and a Ensuite bathroom, there are a further 2 bedrooms with twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, American fridge/freezer and all that you can need for a happy holiday!
The outside area is fully tiled with a heated pool fantastic for use during Autumn/Winter or Spring. There are 6 sun loungers a outside seating area with views of the Golf course!
There is a outside area which is covered which also has a brick BBQ area, this area is perfect during those hot months as you can enjoy outside but not be in direct sunlight. We also have a outdoor kitchen which houses the washing machine and sink.

El Valle vacation
This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Della & Neil’s houses on El Valle. They are furnished to a high standard and are very comfortable. Della and Neil are very accommodating, always contactable if needed and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend and will happily stay again.

Nice villa overlooking a lovely golf course. Hosts were very welcoming. Be sure to book a car if you want to visit Murcia/Cartagena or further afield.
Our second time at this Villa, and it was perfect again. It has everything we could possibly want with a great view of the golf course. We especially enjoyed the new sunbeds.
